Booking and Confirmation

A firewalking event is not confirmed until the booking fee has been paid in full. The booking fee is non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Logi Firewalking. We reserve the right to decline any booking if payment is not received within the agreed-upon timeframe.

Travel and Additional Costs Travel fees are based on the distance to your event location and will be included in the final quote. These fees cover transportation for our team and necessary equipment.

For events outside a specified radius, additional costs for accommodation and sustenance may apply, which will be communicated during the booking process.

Minimum Group Size Each firewalking event requires a minimum number of participants. This minimum will be communicated during the booking process, and failure to meet the participant requirement may result in additional charges or event cancellation.

Equipment and Safety Logi Firewalking will provide all necessary equipment for the selected activities, including firewood, safety materials, and any event-specific tools (e.g., glass for glasswalking or ice for ice baths).

In some cases, we may need to provide ground protection materials to ensure safety and protect the venue. These needs will be assessed and discussed during the planning stage.

No Refunds All payments made to Logi Firewalking are non-refundable. This includes the booking fee, travel costs, equipment rental, and other event-related expenses.

Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled by Logi Firewalking. In the event of force majeure (e.g., extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances), we reserve the right to reschedule the event. In such cases, no refund will be provided, but the booking fee will be transferred to the new event date.

Rescheduling If the Client wishes to reschedule the event, notice must be provided in advance. Rescheduling requests made closer to the event date may incur additional fees.

While Logi Firewalking adheres to strict safety protocols, participation is at the Client’s own risk. The Client agrees that Logi Firewalking is not liable for any injuries sustained during the event. The Client is responsible for ensuring that all participants are physically and mentally capable of engaging in the activities. Any medical conditions should be disclosed before the event.

Event Day Requirements The Client is responsible for ensuring that the event venue meets the necessary logistical requirements, such as appropriate space, fire regulations, and permits if applicable. Our team will arrive in advance to set up the selected activities. It is important that the Client or a designated contact is present to facilitate access and preparations.
