I'd like to start by simply saying, what an incredible experience. We signed up believing that we would turn up, be terrified and then walk on some hot coals but it was so much more than that. It was one of the most inspirational activities I have ever been a part of, John pulls you in with his stories and anecdotes and before you know it you are willingly standing up to break an arrow on your throat, throwing intentions into the fire and finishing by walking across incredibly hot coals. I myself received a fire kiss and when checking against the reflexology chart it did expose a problem within myself that I was already aware of. Overall it was emotional, empowering and enlightening. I will definitely be partaking again! Who wouldn't, when you walk away feeling more yourself than you have ever felt before.
At first this just looked like something different and cool to experience. Something I had not done before. But Logi made it so much more. By the end of the session he had taught me that my mind is not my master that I can fight it, and for someone with General Anxiety Disorder and Autism...that is a huge thing to learn. Thanks to this experience I now know... I can rebuild my life. I will never be able to thank him enough. ❤
Fire Walking with John was an incredible opportunity. There was initial apprehension from both myself and my partner, but once completed, we never felt stronger in our relationship. You will laugh and you will cry, but most importantly - you will be empowered!

I found the Arrow breaking totally awaken my inner Shield Maiden Warrior Spirit, then the moment I stepped from my comfort zone upon the hot coals, For my Fire walk, I felt completely connected with my inner Goddess power, my courage of heart, and my ancient wisdom this moment will stay with me forever. Since childhood I've been terrified of ice.... The people who know me would also know that I'm that scared I won't even go in a freezer in fear of ice..... Glyn even loves tormenting me with ice when I annoy him as he threatens to get some if I keep pestering him 😂 anyway I attended the Valhalla Viking Festival this year and I participated in the meditation, Glass walking & Ice bath......
As you can imagine as soon as I got to the ice bath I was shitting myself... Absolutely terrified...... But with the help of the group leader Chris he managed to help me calm down and descend into the ice water..... Now as soon as I fully went into the water I felt I was going to die... But luckily I had Chris and Emma by my side talking me down and helping me breathe....
Before I knew it I was calm and relaxing in the water.... I managed to stay in that water for 5 minutes with ice around me.... Once I got out that water I felt amazing.... I felt free and like I didn't have as big of a fear as I once did.... During the warm up Katarina came and hugged me and told me I did amazing and it felt so great being able to accomplish something like this.....
It was truly an experience that I'll never forget... I will be doing this yearly now as I truly believe it has opened me up mentally..... So this just proves that fear is just of the mind and that anyone can conquer anything in front of them....

To rise from its own ashes, a Phoenix first must burn. Sometimes you have to kind of die inside in order to rise from your own ashes, and believe in yourself, and love yourself to become a new person. However; sometimes we will fall down, and lose our spark for just a moment. In life; we need people to pull us back up, remind us of our worth and capabilities- to BE the flames that illuminate the dark times which we may find ourselves within. That's exactly what the terrific tribe behind Logi Fire walking @logifirewalking @inner_fire_breathwork has presented me with.
A family, and sense of belonging- and too a reason, a purpose... to help others realise the magick presented to us in this beautiful life, and show them that they too can achieve this incredible state of being. Fire isn't only something I walk upon: it runs through my veins and extends upon the surfaces that I decorate- my work as an Artist, a Carer, a Business Owner, a Partner, a Friend and Guide-it affects me on every single level. It's a best friend; a feeling deep inside- a knowing.
A knowing that I am all that I want and need to be; capable of soaring further than my dreams have ever taken me. The entirety of this experience- becoming familiar with the flames has just been so incredibly fulfilling, wholesome and needed. To experience fire on such an intimate and personal level; it's gotten me out of a hole and become a light upon my darkness. Fire makes me thrive, it fills me with a passion like no other. It's not something one simply leaves in the coals and chooses to experience once a year, or at an event with friends...
Something to celebrate the ego and what ut can handle for a moment; but rather a mindset that one carries- everyday, in every way. It makes you a magnificent machine, capable of anything- we simply need to see that endless potential through our own eyes, and enable it to carry us through the chaos that is life... Illuminating the path, and warmly carrying us upon our path and forward journey

Took part in the fire walking and arrow breaking on the Friday l. All I can say is that it truly transformed the way I see myself and gave me so much confidence to do what I've always anted to do with my life and career!! I actually felt so free that I quit my job as a teacher cause it was making me miserable and am pursuing a career in the outdoors/ starting up my blacksmithing business again!!
