Logi Firewalking


An exercise in mindfulness, commitment and the power of motivation.

We use a wooden archery arrow (yes a real arrow) and place one end of the arrow on the soft part of your throat and the other end against the arrow board. We will train and motivate you to snap the arrow without injury or harm. 

 Arrow breaking is an exercise in mindfulness, commitment and the power of motivation. Your mind says it’s dangerous. The arrow snaps. A realisation that you are bigger and more powerful than your fear. The trust you placed in yourself is enough to break barriers. 

We will walk you through your emotions that you may notice in your body and resistance in your mind. Turning that resistance into your power is the magic behind arrow breaking.
